Product Reviews:
The recording options are plentiful and powerful. Some spy software programs record one or two things, but Spector Pro has a powerful suite of monitoring tools that keep track of everything that can possibly be done on a computer.
Email
When it comes to email monitoring , Spector
Pro does not miss a beat.
Incoming and outgoing email from popular email clients like Outlook Express, Outlook, Eudora, Microsoft Exchange, and any other POP3/SMTP emails were captured with incredible ease. Webmail is an entirely different animal when it comes to email, so we put those to the test and found that Spector Pro lived up to its claim to record web-based email from Hotmail, Yahoo! email, AOL web mail (also records AOL proprietary email),Facebook and MySpace webmail, Net Zero, ATT World Net, and Netscape web-based email. Reviewing the email is very easy. All email is labeled by sent or received, what kind of email was sent (Hotmail, Outlook Express, etc.), user name, sender (the email address), who it was sent to, what the subject of the email was, and the time and date it occurred. You just click on the email you want and you will see exactly what they have sent or received.
Chat and Instant Messaging
When you consider that chat and instant messaging is one of the most popular forms of online communication, you realize that any spy software must have this feature. Spector Pro again delivers with comprehensive chat recording options.
It was a delight to see that Spector Pro records both sides of chat and instant messaging from AOL chat rooms, AIM, Yahoo messenger, MSN messenger, Trillian, IRC, ICQ, and several java based (known as “Lite”) chat services.
Spector Pro separates all recorded conversations by program, screen name, date, and time. Having a spy software program that will provide both sides of a chat transcript with a simple mouse click is an invaluable tool for parents and employers.
